Christian Faldetta

As a former high school baseball standout; exercise, stretching and recovery were instilled in me at a young age. With big aspirations of playing professional baseball, my career took a turn when I suffered a right shoulder Bankart Tear. The next two years consisted of three right shoulder surgeries, two rounds of Physical Therapy, Chiropractic visits and Doctor follow ups. In those two years of recovery, I was able to learn a lot about my body as well as find my calling. I decided to take my experiences and knowledge to get the proper certifications necessary to begin to help others prevent injury, recover properly, eliminate pain, and help live a healthy and active lifestyle. 

My goal when starting Premier Stretch & Recovery was to help others overcome their injuries, keep athletes in the game, and provide the highest quality of service.
